We reserve the right to change the terms as set in this agreement. When we do so, we will update this page and mark the date when the updates were made.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
You may not use our products to conduct any illegal or unauthorized activity that violate laws in your jurisdiction. You may not reproduce, copy, or resell our product, marketing, copywriting, images, video and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse orders you place with us. This could be due to limited inventory, lack of logistics support in your location or payment issues raised from our payment gateway providers. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

PRICING
We price our products with a lot of thought and rarely change them. On occasions when we need to, we reserve the right to update our product prices and discontinue them based on our own discretion. When we update a product's price, this website will clearly reflect the current price of the product. Discontinued products may no longer appear on the website.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
We offer shipping to most locations in Singapore. We usually dispatch products that are in stock within 2 business days from the time your order is placed. If a product is out of stock, we will notify you the estimated shipping time on the website before you place your order. If our logistics partner supports it, we will send you an email with a link where you can track your order. Due to external factors, shipping time is not guaranteed. Shipping fees is non-refundable. Shipping is free for orders of SGD 290 and above within Singapore. There is a flat shipping charge of $12 for all order below this. WARRANTY AND RETURNS
We offer product returns within 3 calendar days from the date of purchase. We do not accept cancellations once an order is placed. When you request an exchange or pickup, we try our best to offer a pick-up service, but it is not guaranteed. In such cases, we request the customer to ship the return themselves. A return order is ineligible for exchange or refund if it is done beyond the 3 calendar days period, or if it is used or returned without original packaging in its unused state. If we receive an in-bound shipment for an ineligible return, goods will be recycled or discarded without notice. No exchanges or refunds will be applicable. If you send an unauthorized in-bound shipment, we will be unable to serve you in the future. If you discover a manufacturing defect with a product you bought from our store, please send us an email at kavitadaga@gmail.com from the email you placed the order with. As a small business, we can not sustain and accept standard and defective product requests beyond 2 calendar days.

RETURNS
We offer full refunds for defective items. You can exchange or return any item purchased that has been damaged in-transit or with manufacturing defects within 3 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a refund, - You should have the receipt or proof of purchase for your product. - Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. - The product must be returned in original packaging Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Any products sold during sales cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded.

EXCHANGES
Exchanges or Returns for reasons other than defects are subject to the discretion of The Wine Safari Please write in to contact@thewinesafari.com with your request and a photo of the item you wish to exchange within 3 days of delivery. However, any exchanges/ returns will be provided only under the following conditions - - Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. - Your item is in its original packaging as when it was delivered to you; and - Your item has the receipt or proof of purchase with it. Shipping costs for exchanges or returns other than for defective items will be borne by you. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

CANCELLATION
Any cancellation requests for orders placed will be processed only if it is notified within 12 hours by contacting contact@thewinesafari.com. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation charges will be applied.
